Start here
Four steps, once. After this you never think about it again.
Get a free Canva account
Go to canva.com and sign up. The free plan is enough — every template was built with free elements on purpose.
Open a project below
It opens in view mode. That is correct — it protects the originals so nobody can overwrite them.
Make your own copy
In the top left, click File, then Make a copy. Canva opens your private version in a new tab. This is the step people miss.
Edit your copy
Swap the photos, type your flavour names and prices, add your business name and handle. Then Share, Download, PNG.
Copy each project once. Nine copies, one afternoon. From then on you duplicate pages inside your own copies and never open these links again.
Your nine projects
Grouped by canvas size, because that is how Canva organises them.
If something looks wrong
It opened but I cannot type anything
You are still in the original. Click File, then Make a copy, and edit the copy that opens.
There are grey boxes where the photos should be
Those are the photo frames. Drag one of your own photos onto a grey box and it crops itself to fit.
The prices say $[PRICE]
On purpose. A real number gets published by accident; a bracket makes you stop and change it.
There are faint lines across my stories
Those mark the area Instagram covers with its own buttons. Keep your text inside them, then delete the lines before you post.
My download has a watermark
Nothing in these templates is premium, so a watermark means an element you added yourself while editing carries a crown. Click that element and swap it for a free one.
